You lease your own private bedroom and share the kitchen, living room, and laundry with the other residents. Rooms are assigned first come, first served once your application is approved.

Choose the home you want, then fill out the application. You'll need photo ID, proof of income, and about ten minutes. There's an application fee that covers your background and credit check.
We verify income and run the screening, then get back to you within one business day. If anything is missing we'll tell you exactly what we need instead of leaving you guessing.
Approved applicants sign the lease electronically and pay the first month plus deposit online. We'll confirm your room and your move-in date before you sign anything.
Have these ready and the application takes minutes instead of days. If something on this list is a problem for you, tell us up front. We'd rather work with you than decline you on a technicality.
