Room-by-room rentals require a different operating model from a traditional single-household rental. Multiple residents, staggered move-ins and move-outs, room-level pricing, shared spaces, turnover coordination and individual room availability all need to be managed consistently.

Schamir Belhomme is a licensed Florida real estate broker, property manager and real estate investor with experience in acquisitions, asset management and co-living operations. His firsthand experience as an owner and operator helps shape Avenir's approach to room-by-room property management and investor advisory.
Schamir holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designations. He works with owners and investors on property management, acquisitions and co-living strategy.
Chad Jarvis is a licensed Florida real estate broker, property manager and investor who works closely with Avenir's property-management operations. His focus includes property performance, resident operations, leasing execution and the day-to-day systems required to manage room-by-room rentals.
Chad holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and works across Avenir's managed portfolio with a focus on consistent operational execution.
Co-living management requires coordination across leasing, resident communication, maintenance, turnover and owner reporting. Avenir's management team handles those functions through centralized property-management workflows and a network of vendors and service providers.
When a property requires specialized legal, zoning or other professional guidance, we work with appropriately qualified outside professionals rather than attempting to make those determinations ourselves.
Our goal is to give owners one management team responsible for coordinating the moving pieces of a room-by-room rental property, from resident placement and room turnover to maintenance and ongoing property oversight.
