Every room has a queen bed, TV, desk, office chair, and a reach in closet. Utilities, internet and cable are included. Five rooms share two full baths upstairs, with a half bath downstairs. You also share the full kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, game room with a pool table and the screened in pool. Tenants also have full access to resort amenities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, spa, movie theater, arcade, sports courts and mini golf.
12 week minimum, then week to week. $75 move-in fee, no security deposit. $35 application fee plus $19 admin fee. Flexible on credit score. Soft credit check and background check required. Income of 2x weekly rent, no felonies or evictions in 7 years. Rooms are booked on a first-paid basis: the first approved applicant to complete payment secures the room.
House rules are enforced and reviewed before move-in. No smoking, no pets, no over night guests. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM.
