He brings hands-on experience across property acquisitions, asset management, and co-living operations, with direct experience managing co-living properties as an owner. That perspective shapes how he advises the investors Avenir CoLiving works with and how he approaches the operational and strategic side of management.
Schamir holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certifications. He leads investor relationships, acquisition consulting, and management oversight at Avenir CoLiving.
Chad is a licensed Florida real estate broker, property manager, and investor with a direct role in the operational side of property management at Avenir CoLiving. His focus is on execution: how properties are running, how tenants are being managed, and how income is performing relative to what each property should be producing.
Chad holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) certification. He oversees operational flow and property performance across Avenir CoLiving's managed portfolio, staying involved at the property level throughout each management engagement.
